He must either pay the full $405.00 filing fee for each action or file a properly completed and flattened amended Request to Proceed Without Prepayment of Filing Fees (Form CV-60) for each case listed above. Prior to ruling on the pending applications, the Court will afford Plaintiff this final opportunity to comply.Plaintiff is expressly warned that failure to timely respond to this Order may result in the denial of his in forma pauperis applications and the dismissal of these actions without prejudice.
