In light of the upcoming July 29, 2026 pretrial conference, (Docs. 66, 87), Defendants must file a pretrial statement on or before July 24, 2026. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 16(c)(2); Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(1). The statement shall address all matters listed in Local Rule 16.2(b)(1). That statement shall also indicate whether Defendants object to the statement of stipulated facts filed by Plaintiff Exxon Mobil Corporation, (Doc. 96), and specifically identify those facts that are disputed.
