ORDER denying without prejudice (234) Letter Motion for Extension of Time in case 1:18-cv-10138-ALC-SDA; denying without prejudice (90) Letter Motion for Extension of Time; denying without prejudice (91) Letter Motion for Extension of Time in case 1:22-cv-02207-ALC-SDA: The Court is in receipt of Defendant's Second Letter Motion dated July 29, 2026 seeking an extension of time to provide data until September 29, 2026. Defendant's request is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. In its First Letter Motion, Defendant sought an extension of the same deadline until August 18, 2026 and that Letter Motion was granted only in part and the deadline was extended until today (7/30/2026). Now, Defendant is seeking an even later extension, until September 29, 2026, stating that "[o]ur office reached out [to] the Plaintiff's attorney for their consent, but as of the filing of this letter, no response was received[,]" but without stating when and how Defendant "reached out" to Plaintiffs' counsel. Defendant may renew its request for a more limited extension of time after meeting and conferring with Plaintiffs' counsel. Any such motion for an extension shall be filed no later than Friday, July 31, 2026. (HEREBY ORDERED by Magistrate Judge Stewart D.
