ORDER denying without prejudice to renewal 444 Letter Motion for Leave to File Excess Pages. Application DENIED without prejudice to renewal. The parties shall, in accordance with Individual Rule III.A.1, file pre-motion letters regarding their respective anticipated motions by July 10, 2026. Response letters shall be filed by July 17, 2026. A pre-motion conference will be held on July 28, 2026, at 3:30 pm. The conference will be held at the Thurgood Marshall United States Courthouse, Southern District of New York, 40 Foley Square, New York, New York at Room 1106. If lead counsel for any party is located outside of New York City or would experience a hardship from an in-person appearance and would prefer to appear remotely, they should notify the Court immediately by filing a letter on the docket so that arrangements can be made. The briefing schedule at Dkt. No. 443 is held in abeyance pending the outcome of the pre-motion conference. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to terminate Dkt. No. 444.
