OPINION & ORDER for 91 Report and Recommendations, I ADOPT Magistrate Judge Stein's Report and Recommendation in full. Thus, DSS's motion to dismiss is GRANTED. Leave to amend is DENIED. See Harty v. W. Point Realty, Inc., 28 F.4th 4 35, 445 (2d Cir. 2022) ("A dismissal for lack of jurisdiction without leave to amend is not the same thing as a dismissal with prejudice." (internal quotation marks omitted)). This Complaint is dismissed against all remaining defendants a s I lack jurisdiction under the Rooker-Feldman doctrine and the domestic abstentions relation doctrine. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to terminate this case and close all pending motions. I certify under 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) t hat any appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith, and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of an appeal. Order on Motion for Leave to Proceed In Forma Pauperis
ORDER: As explained in the attached, Cronin's motion to proceed in forma pauperis 2 is granted, and the Complaint 1 is dismissed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B). The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal would not be taken in good faith and, therefore, in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of an appeal. See Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 444-45 (1962). The Clerk of Court is directed to close this case.
