ORDER - IT IS ORDERED THAT: 1. Warren County Convention and Visitors Bureau's motion for leave to file a first amended third-party complaint (Doc. 14 ) is GRANTED. The Clerk of Court is INSTRUCTED to file defendant Warren County Convention and Visitors Bureau's answer to complaint and amended third-party complaint (Doc. 14-1). 2. By agreement of the parties, Ohio Department of Natural Resources' motion to strike cross-claim and motion to dismiss (Doc. 12 ) is DENIED AS MOOT. 3.
