ORDER, upon reviewing Defendant Crosswalk's Investment Advisory's President Kerr's Motion 31 to amend its obligations under our August 25,2026 Order 26 improperly filing without counsel admitted in this District and non-compliant with our governing Policies (www.paed.uscourts.gov) as to seeking the position of all other parties before moving for relief, but mindful of ongoing settlement efforts including with Crosswalk Investment and its efforts to retain counsel, GRANTING the United States leave to show cause in a Memorandum not exceeding three pages filed no later than NOON EST on August 31, 2026 as to why we should not grant Crosswalk Investment's pending Motion 31 and grant the requested two week extension to answer the Complaint and otherwise amend our August 26, 2026 Order 28 to adjourn the initial pretrial conference to available time in our trial schedule during the September 28, 2026 week..
