ORDER: Omar Antonio Lopez, a resident of Nashville, Tennessee, has filed a pro se Amended Complaint, pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, alleging violations of his civil rights. (Doc. No. 8 at 1.) Plaintiff also filed an Application for Leave to Proceed In Forma Pauperis ("IFP Application"). (Doc. No. 6 .) This case cannot proceed without additional action by Plaintiff. Because Plaintiff's IFP Application lacks the vital financial information necessary to determine his financial posture, the Court cannot rule on it as submitted. Therefore, the Court DENIES the IFP Application WITHOUT PREJUDICE. (Doc. No. 6 .)
