The Court appreciates the efforts of all involved to address those concerns. Accordingly, the Court CANCELS the conference set for September 15, 2026. Special Master Ellis is DIRECTED to continue working with the DiCello Firm on these issues and to provide periodic updates to the Court to ensure the just, speedy, and efficient resolution of each of the cases pending in this MDL, as has been the Court's goal since the outset of these proceedings. Signed by Judge Nancy J. Rosenstengel on 9/11/2026. (mlp) THIS TEXT ENTRY IS AN ORDER OF THE COURT. NO FURTHER DOCUMENTATION WILL BE MAILED.
