The Court denies the 17 , 25 Motions for Default Judgment, as the Plaintiff has not met the requirements of Rule 55. The Court grants the 18 Motion for Leave to File Notice of Perjury and Request for Court Copy Record of Defense Counsel's Notice, which the Court construes as a request to file the attachment to that motion. The attachment is deemed filed. The Court denies the 19 , 21 Motions to Separate and Consolidate. The Plaintiff has not demonstrated entitlement to the relief that he requests in those motions, which is unclear.
