DOCKET TEXT ORDER granting 19 Motion to Vacate. On June 9, 2026, Plaintiff filed their 19 Motion to Vacate 11 Order on Motion to Stay. Plaintiff seeks to lift the stay imposed in this case because the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service ("USCIS") lifted their hold and resumed processing asylum and other immigration-related applications from citizens of Venezuela. Defendants filed a 21 response indicating that they do not oppose lifting the stay. Since the hold that was the basis for the previously granted stay is no longer in effect (see ECF No. 11 ), the court ORDERS that the stay is lifted. Signed by Judge David Barlow on 7/31/26.
