Order on Motion for Extension of Time
PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon Defendants' Unopposed Motion for Enlargement of Time to Conduct Scheduling Conference. 22 . Therein, Defendants seek a thirteen-day extension of time to conduct their scheduling conference. Id. at 1. In support thereof, Defendants contend that because of "conflict issues, the United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Florida will not be representing Defendants in this matter," and thus the "Department of Justice leadership is currently working to identify another U.S. Attorney's Office that will represent [them]." See id. Plaintiff does not oppose the requested relief. Id. at 2. Here, the Court finds good cause to grant the requested extension. Accordingly, UPON CONSIDERATION of the Motion, the pertinent portions of the record, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion 22 is GRANTED.
