Status Report Order
MINUTE ORDER. Plaintiff filed an unopposed motion 23 to stay the deadline for the filing of any petition for attorneys' fees while it was awaiting defendant's compliance with the Court's January 2026 Order and considering whether it planned to file an appeal, and it asked to file a status report on or before March 23, 2026. On February 2, 2026, the Court granted the motion and ordered the parties to file the status report, but while there have been further developments in the case, nothing has been filed to date. Therefore, the parties are hereby ORDERED to update the Court on the status of or schedule for any fee petition by August 21, 2026. SO ORDERED. Signed by Judge Amy Berman Jackson on 8/7/2026.
