MINUTE ORDER: Upon consideration of the parties' 36 Joint Status Report, the Court orders the following: (i) within 7 days of the Department of Interior issuing the reconsidered decision, Federal Defendants shall file a notice with the Court to which the decision will be attached; (ii) within 14 days of the Department issuing the reconsidered decision, the Parties shall meet and confer regarding further proceedings in this case; (iii) within 7 days of that meet-and-confer, the Parties shall file a joint status report with their proposal for further proceedings.
