'Dangerous' Pair Sentenced To Prison For Insurance Scam
Law360, London (October 10, 2018, 6:43 PM BST) -- Two "dangerous" men have been sentenced at Reading Crown Court to a combined 18 years in prison for deliberately colliding with other drivers in "one of the largest crash for cash" insurance fraud schemes ever seen, the Insurance Fraud Bureau has said.
Gagandeep Gagandeep and Boota Ram were sentenced Tuesday following a four-week trial for their role in a multimillion-pound scheme, in which they forced motorists into 500 deliberate car crashes around Slough, Berkshire.
