Deals Rumor Mill: Focus Brands, ByteDance, Mellanox

Citing anonymous sources, the outlet reported that Roark Capital Group has held talks about an initial public offering for the franchiser in the first half of next year. According to the report, an IPO could value Atlanta-based Focus at upward of $1 billion. The report comes after Roark said on Wednesday that its latest investment fund and a related fund scooped up a combined $6.5 billion in commitments....
