Broker Settles £2M Indemnity Claim Against AIG, Others

Law360, London (November 28, 2018, 5:53 PM GMT) -- U.K. insurance broker Brightside Group Ltd. has settled its lawsuit against a group of insurers including American International Group over £2 million ($2.6 million) the firm says it is owed under a professional indemnity policy.

The parties agreed to stay the High Court case after they reached a confidential settlement earlier this month, according to a consent order signed by Judge Robin Knowles on Nov. 16.
