Threats Prompt Deutsche Bank To Take Swaps Fight To UK

Law360, London (December 17, 2018, 9:55 PM GMT) -- Deutsche Bank AG has hit back against legal demands in Italy over two interest rate swaps it set up for a municipal office in the lead-up to the financial crisis by suing the state-run body in the English courts instead.
