Exporter Denies Fraud Allegations In Singapore Bank Suit

Law360, London (January 3, 2019, 4:07 PM GMT) -- A Chinese commodities exporter has hit back at allegations by Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp. that it conspired with a trader to be paid fraudulently by Deutsche Bank, denying that it knew the trade deal was based on bogus documents.
