Experts To Weigh In On Insurance Fight After Plant Fire

Law360, London (March 21, 2019, 8:47 PM GMT) -- A London judge has set the limits on what experts can say in Niramax Group Ltd.'s £4.8 million ($6.1 million) lawsuit against Zurich Insurance PLC in an effort to home in on what caused a fire at a recycling plant. 

High Court Judge Sara Cockerill said Niramax and Zurich could submit experts on underwriting and plant valuations to assess the potential recovery under the insurer's policy following the plant's destruction and other damage caused by the fire, according to a March 19 order.
