EU Begins Stress Testing For Securities Clearinghouses

Law360, London (April 3, 2019, 4:24 PM BST) -- Europe's top securities watchdog will be subjecting clearinghouses to a third round of resilience testing, and U.K. central counterparties won't take part if there is a no-deal Brexit, the regulator announced Wednesday.
