Law360, London (May 17, 2019, 4:03 PM BST) -- A London judge ordered two Moldovan oil and gas investors on Friday to hand over information about the source of their funds to the Republic of Kazakhstan, as the country seeks to establish who to pursue for costs.

Kazakhstan has been fighting a claim brought by Anatolie Stati and his son Gabriel, who were handed a $506 million arbitral award after their investments were seized by the Central Asian country.
