Software Co. Gets OK To Move Suit Against Troubled Broker

Law360, London (August 9, 2019, 7:05 PM BST) -- A judge has agreed to transfer to the technology subdivision of a London court a wealth management software company's suit seeking nearly £600,000 ($724,303) from a stockbroker for breaching a contract for online investment tools.

Deputy Master Timothy Bowles allowed Third Financial Software Ltd. to transfer its nearly £595,000 claim against SVS Securities PLC to the Technology and Construction Court from the Business List of the High Court, subject to the permission of the new judge.
