Payments Co. Says It's Not To Blame For Bitcoin Project Delay

Law360, London (January 27, 2020, 6:38 PM GMT) -- A London-based digital payments company has insisted it is owed up to £6 million ($7.8 million) for work it carried out for an Icelandic cryptocurrency operation that it says ran into trouble when the value of bitcoin sank.

London-based Digital Capital Ltd. has accused Genesis Mining Iceland EHF of failing to pay it for work on building and maintaining a software system allowing Genesis customers to use a debit card to pay for goods and services with cryptocurrency, reneging on a five-year deal.
