Ex-CEO Ordered To Hand Over Assets Amid Property Fight

Law360, London (July 15, 2020, 5:30 PM BST) -- A London judge has ordered a former real estate boss to entrust court-appointed receivers with some of his assets in the wake of findings he illegally took £13 million ($16.4 million) from his family-run business.

High Court Judge Antony Zacaroli ordered Edward Wojakovski to turn over his assets and any documents relating to how he funded their purchase and to whom he granted any interest or equity in them.

The disclosure forces Wojakovski, who was found to have unlawfully extracted money from a business owned by his father-in-law, to disclose bank information, audited accounts, valuations, insurance information and other financial details....
