Toilet Paper Co. Sues Sellers Over Noncompete In £30M Deal

Law360, London (March 26, 2021, 3:13 PM GMT) -- A British toilet paper company is suing the former owners of another tissue manufacturer it bought for £30 million ($41 million), accusing them of planning to break an agreement not to invest in a rival business after the deal was completed.

Accrol Group Holdings, which specializes in toilet and kitchen rolls, has asked the High Court in a March 2 claim, which has now become public, for an injunction to prevent a family tissue business from breaching the terms of a £30 million deal struck between the companies in 2020.
