UK Won't Halt Rival Lebanese Foreign Fund Transfer Suit

High Court Judge Clive Freedman adjourned an application for an anti-suit injunction brought by Lebanese national Bilal Khalifeh to force Blom Bank SAL to drop proceedings against him in Lebanon.
