Vodafone Sues UK Gov't Over Telecoms Contract Award

The telecommunications giant says in a High Court claim, which has recently been made public, that it was wrongly passed over during the tender process. Vodafone Ltd. claims the U.K, government made a series of errors in assessing bids before handing the contract to Fujitsu Services Ltd.
