Police Authority Fights Suit Over £400M Facilities Contract

In an Oct. 1 defense filed with the High Court, the Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime defended its decision not to award Kellogg Brown & Root Ltd. a five-year contract to supply the police authority with property management and advisory services.
