Biofuel Company Must Wait To Claw Back €3M Tax Penalty

Richard Salter QC, sitting as a judge of the High Court, agreed to grant a conditional stay in Biogra Trading Ltd.'s High Court case against Sistem Ecologica and its directors "with some hesitation," while comparable proceedings are ongoing in Belgium and the General Court of the European Union.
