Security Firm Beats Fraud 'Campaign' Claims By Ex-Owners

By Christopher Crosby (December 17, 2021, 2:10 PM GMT) -- The Court of Appeal has thrown out allegations that the majority stakeholders of a British security company campaigned to steal the business from its former owners, finding on Friday that the allegations did not concern the conduct of the business and were an abuse of process. 

Appellate judges struck out accusations that majority shareholders in Primekings used company funds to expropriate the shares of Anthony, James and Susan King after they sold a fire and security business in 2013.
