Syngenta and the class of corn producers suing it in multidistrict litigation over the company’s allegedly false promotion of genetically modified corn have agreed to eliminate non-Kansas residents as class representatives for an upcoming trial that includes both nationwide and Kansas claims, according to a filing Friday.
