No Implied License Exists In Lego Copyright Suit, Judge Rules
The filing of a lawsuit accusing Lego of copyright infringement inherently revoked any implied license that the toy company may have obtained to use a New York artist's custom clothing design in a play set based on the Netflix series "Queer Eye," a Connecticut federal judge ruled Wednesday in declining to toss out the case.
