    Two companies seeking to enforce a $50 million arbitral award against Zimbabwe's state-owned mining company are on a "fishing expedition" to prove through discovery that Zimbabwe Mining Development Corp. is an alter ego of Zimbabwe, the country told a D.C. federal judge, urging the court to instead allow Zimbabwe to determine whether the award was a product of flouting international sanctions.
