EPA Must Face Suit Over Washington Aquatic Cyanide Rules
A D.C. federal judge has ruled that several federal agencies must face a lawsuit challenging the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's approval of Washington state limits on aquatic cyanide pollution, concluding that the agency has an "ongoing obligation" to ensure those standards do not imperil endangered species.
