A New York federal judge has preserved a suit from the Chapter 7 trustee of defunct sports and concert ticket broker National Events Holdings LLC against the debtor's erstwhile bank Citibank NA, ruling the trustee has adequately argued Citibank knew of and helped perpetrate a fraud against investors that brought down the company.
