    Equifax Can't Ditch FCRA Claim In Credit Score Glitch Fight

    A Georgia federal judge on Monday pared down a putative class action accusing Equifax of misreporting millions of credit scores due to a coding glitch, finding that the plaintiffs had failed to allege that Equifax owed them the duty of care necessary to support their negligence claim while allowing their allegation under the Fair Credit Reporting Act to proceed.
