US Chamber Sues Calif. Over Climate Disclosure Laws
The U.S. Chamber of Commerce, American Farm Bureau Federation and four other groups sued California on Tuesday for its recently enacted corporate climate disclosure laws, arguing the Golden State is unconstitutionally compelling speech to combat climate change.
