CIVIL CASE MANAGEMENT PLAN AND SCHEDULING ORDER: All parties do not consent to conducting all further proceedings before a United States Magistrate Judge, including motions and trial. 28 U.S.C. § 636(c). Any motion for leave to amend or join additional parties shall be filed no later than 30 days after the Court's decision on Defendant's motion to dismiss. All fact discovery shall be completed no later than a deadline to be proposed by the parties after the Court's decision on Defendant's pending motion to dismiss. Requests to admit pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 36 shall be served no later than 30 days prior to the close of fact discovery. Depositions pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 30 and 31 have been stayed by order of the Court (ECF No. 21) pending a ruling on Defendant's pending motion to dismiss. Depositions will be completed by the close of fact discovery. All expert discovery, including expert reports and depositions, shall be completed no later than 120 days from the fact discovery deadline set pursuant to paragraph 8(a). Counsel for the parties have conferred and their best estimate of the length of trial is 3-5 days. The next case management conference is scheduled for TBD in Courtroom 320 of the Charles L.
