MINUTES IN CHAMBERS - FINAL RULINGS ON DEFENDANTS' MOTION TO DISMISS PLAINTIFF'S FIRST AMENDED COMPLAINT 59 ; and DEFENDANTS' MOTION TO STRIKE PLAINTIFF'S FIRST AMENDED COMPLAINT, PURSUANT TO CALIFORNIA'S ANTI-SLAPP STATUTE 60 by Judge George H Wu. Attached is the Court's Final Rulings on Defendants' Motions [59, 60]. The Court (1) GRANTS the Motion to Dismiss; and (2) DENIES as MOOT the Anti-SLAPP Motion. As mentioned, the Court previously granted leave to amend to address certain deficiencies identified. Plaintiff Ryder has elected to stand on the First Amended Complaint rather than amend. Accordingly, the Court dismisses the First Amended Complaint without further leave to amend. (Case Terminated. Made JS-6.) (aco)
