CASE MANAGEMENT ORDER: Defendant shall provide a spreadsheet detailing the motor carriers for which it holds a claimed assignment, the amount of that assignment, whether or not and to what extent the freight charges were collected, and any other readily available supporting material by July 24, 2026. Plaintiffs shall provide a responsive spreadsheet detailing the accuracy of the amount of unpaid charges by the carrier or, if inaccurate, provide their calculation of the freight charges due to the carrier, and any other readily available supporting material by August 14, 2026. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, if necessary, the video case management conference shall reconvene on Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. The Court's law clerk will circulate log-in information. Chief trial counsel and the parties/principals with full settlement authority shall attend. FINALLY IT IS ORDERED that, if the case management conference reconvenes as scheduled above, counsel for the parties shall meet and confer following the ADR session scheduled for September 18, 2026 and file a proposed Case Management Order by 5:00 p.m. on September 21, 2026.
