ELECTRONIC ORDER: Last July the Court granted Ace Parking's and Recovery Services Motion to Compel Arbitration and stayed the case pending the outcome of arbitration and ordered the parties to file a motion to lift the stay within 10 days of any arbitration decision. (Docs. 57 ). The Court has not heard from the parties since then.
