ORDER issued by Magistrate Judge Jolie A. Russo: The Court reviewed the parties' Joint Status Report 485 . The Court declines to appoint a Special Master at this time and will enter the proposed schedule as agreed to on pages 8 and 9 of the Joint Status Report including the agreement that if either party believes it is unable to meet any of the agreed deadlines, they will promptly notify the other party. The parties will then promptly meet and confer in good faith to resolve any dispute. Finally, regarding the party's request for clarification as to the deposition those depositions are limited to each deponent's knowledge of the existence and whereabouts of the approximately 270 additional complaints believed by plaintiffs to exist that have not yet been provided in discovery.
