III and All Blue Falcons FZE; IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECLARED: That Defendant All Blue or its designated affiliate, assignee, successor, or representative shall make payment to Plaintiff AEye in the amount of $5,000,000 wit h interest at 9% per annum from and including August 14, 2021 to the date of entry, such interest amounting to $2,277,123.29 for a total payment of $7,277,123.29 (the "Purchase Price"). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, DECREE D That Defendant All Blue's Answer, Affirmative Defenses are stricken and its Counterclaims dismissed in their entirety with prejudice. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECLARED That Defendant All Blue shall pay to AEye, attorneys' fees in the amount of $26,944.13 (the "Attorneys' Fees Award"), such that All Blue shall pay to AEye a total of $7,304,067.42, inclusive of the Purchase Price and the Attorneys' Fee Award.
