ORDER: On August 21, 2026, the Court presided over a discovery dispute regarding the Motion to Compel Unredacted Phone Records transferred to this Court from the United States District Court of the Central District of California. As discussed on the record, it is hereby ORDERED that Mr. Arkley shall provide Lockton with a copy of the unredacted phone records. Those records shall be: 1) subject to the parties' agreed protective order; 2) deemed attorney eyes only. Further, 3) Plaintiffs are allowed to contact phone numbers listed on the records; and 4) if the unredacted phone records are used as evidence in the public record, Plaintiffs shall redact any personal identifying information.
