ELECTRONIC ORDER: Before the Court is Plaintiff's Complaint. (Doc. 1 ). The complaint asserts that "Venue is proper under 28 U.S.C. § 1391(b) because the acts complained of occurred in this district and Defendant maintains business operations within this district." Doc. 1 at 2. But the complaint is devoid of any facts that explain why the Northern District, much less the Dallas division, is the proper venue.
