MINUTE ORDER re 37 Joint Status Report: The Court has reviewed the Parties' joint status report. Both Parties have expressed a desire to continue to confer to narrow and potentially resolve disputed issues, and the Court is inclined to allow that process to occur in advance of summary judgment briefing. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that the existing summary judgment briefing schedule is vacated. It is further ORDERED that Defendants shall provide Plaintiffs with a draft search declaration and Vaughn index by November 2, 2026, and the Parties shall meet and confer by November 13, 2026, regarding Defendants' draft search declaration and any remaining search issues. Finally, it is ORDERED that the Parties shall file by November 30, 2026, a joint status report apprising the Court of what issues remain outstanding. If those issues are unlikely to be resolved through negotiation, the Parties should include a proposed schedule for summary judgment briefing in this joint status report. Signed by Judge Jia M. Cobb on October 15, 2026. (lcjmc3)
