On April 21, 2026, Petitioner Melinda Jane Steuer submitted an incomplete Petition for Permission to Practice Pro Hac Vice before this Court. ECF No. 5 . On May 15, 2026, the Court issued an Order deferring action on the Petition and granting counsel 14 days to file a corrected Petition. ECF No. 7 . As of today's date, counsel has not filed a corrected Petition.
Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Verified Petition for Permission to Practice Pro Hac Vice (ECF No. 5 ) is DENIED.
