ORDER- This matter comes before the Court sua sponte. This matter is set for a status conference on July 15, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. (ECF No. 424 .) The Court ORDERS that prior to the status conference, the parties SHALL: (1) jointly agree to a minimum of three dates, between October 15,2026 and November 15, 2026, on which the Court would hold a one-day hearing to address all outstanding Daubert motions. (ECF Nos. 327 , 329 , 335 , 337 .) (2) jointly agree to a minimum of three date ranges between December 31,2026 and February 12,2027, on which to hold a six-day trial. These dates shall be presented to the Court at the status conference. All additional pretrial deadlines set forth in the Scheduling Orders, (ECF Nos. 279 , 290 ), will be modified accordingly upon setting a new trial date.
