ORDER Considering the Unopposed Motion to Extend Briefing Deadlines (Doc. 163) (the "Motion"), IT IS ORDERED that the Motion is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED AS MOOT IN PART. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this case is STAYED AND ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSED for sixty (60) days to allow the parties an opportunity to resolve the case. No further briefing will be required during that time. If the parties are unable to resolve the case during the stay, they should file a joint motion to reopen the case, advise the Court of what motions should be returned to pending status, and ask the Court to set new briefing deadlines on the pending motions for summary judgment.
